The Talent Exchange Programme 2025 (TEP 2025) officially kicks off in the United Kingdom and Ireland, marking a significant milestone in the global education journey of Busy Bees International – one of the world’s leading early childhood education organizations with over 1,000 centres across more than 10 countries, including the UK, Ireland, Italy, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
This year, Busy Bees Vietnam proudly has two senior management representatives taking part in the programme:
- Ms. Bùi Thị Kim Anh – Country Admission Director
- Ms. Phạm Thanh Trúc Mai – Program Manager
Together with 40 outstanding educators from various countries across the Busy Bees network, the Vietnam representatives have arrived in the UK to begin a journey of knowledge exchange, cultural connection, and professional growth, all aimed at enhancing the quality of early childhood education worldwide.
With the theme “Let’s Bee Exceptional Together!”, the Talent Exchange Programme 2025 reflects Busy Bees’ strong commitment to investing in people, empowering them with global perspectives, and delivering world-class educational practices to our communities worldwide.
A 3-Week Journey of Learning and Inspiration
During three weeks across the UK, Ireland, and Scotland, participants will take part in meaningful and insightful activities, including:
- Visiting and learning at Busy Bees international centres, gaining first-hand experience of global operations and childcare standards.
- Showcasing the Bee Curious Curriculum – a signature learning approach designed to spark curiosity and nurture children’s natural sense of exploration.
- Exploring the role of nature and outdoor play in fostering children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Exchanging insights on effective educational practices, aiming to build a unified, modern, and inspiring learning environment across the Busy Bees global network
Through TEP 2025, Busy Bees Vietnam participates in international training programmes, learning from diverse experiences and educational models within the global network. The knowledge and insights gained will enrich the professional growth of our teachers and management teams in Vietnam.
This is also an opportunity for the Vietnam representatives to connect, absorb, and adapt innovative educational practices, continuing to promote the “learning without limits” spirit across the national Busy Bees community.
